We help infrastructure and construction professionals turn visuals into verified numbers: quick design-vs-reality checks, defendable cut & fill calculations, and reproducible quantity take-offs that all stakeholders can trust.

Our platform is already in use across road and rail projects for the Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency, on the Rail Baltica mainline in Latvia with ERB Rail JV, and with top Nordic contractors. In the US, it supports one of the largest active infrastructure projects. Now, we’re expanding across Europe — and the UK is next.

Your Mission

As our Sales Director / Country Lead in the UK, you’ll lead our market entry and drive growth from day one. You’ll manage the full sales cycle — from outreach and demos to closing deals and growing accounts — while shaping our long-term go-to-market strategy.

You’ll work closely with our Chief Commercial Officer, Teemu Nivell, and collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to bring Vektor.io to the UK market.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead UK sales execution: build target lists, run outreach, organize demos, attend events, deliver proposals, and close deals
  • Run compelling live demos (online and on-site), tailored to customer needs
  • Identify, onboard, and activate channel partners and resellers (VARs)
  • Manage key customer relationships: onboarding, renewals, upselling, and references
  • Gather and share UK market insights with our product development team
  • Support select opportunities in Australia and the United States

We’re Looking For

  • 5–10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience (enterprise or upper mid-market), ideally in AEC, infrastructure, BIM, GIS, or construction tech
  • A proven track record of closing direct sales and ideally managing partner channels
  • Excellent demo and presentation skills — you communicate value clearly and quickly
  • A self-starter mindset with strong execution and communication skills
  • Based in the UK with valid work rights and willingness to travel (UK + occasional EU/US/AU)
  • Familiarity with BIM, photogrammetry, point clouds, or construction-related CDE tools (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud, Trimble Connect, ProjectWise

Bonus Points For

  • A strong network among UK contractors, designers, or public infrastructure clients
  • Experience with public-sector procurement processes
  • Background in channel sales or reseller partnerships
